We use two different time periods at our firm. The first is called P-M which
stands for Pre-Michael. P-M was characterized by lots of unscheduled server
downtime, sloppy network configurations, and massive unpredictability. It was
ritualistic for something to go wrong in any given week. The second time period
we refer to is
A-M which stands for After-Michael. After Michael took charge of
our network, everything turned into a network fantasyland. It's a dream having
somebody like this in charge of our network. Our servers now work the way
they're supposed to, we've had no unscheduled downtime, and we boast the
tightest, most secure network on the block!
Michael's level of expertise is only matched by the quality of
